Cruz is a character in wrong turn 5. She's best friends with Lita and dating Billy.
Death
Cruz was wondering if Billy was hungry. So she wanted to go see if he was okay. The towns power was still out. On her way to the jail she ran into Three fingers. Cruz then tried to run away from him. However, he cornered her and stabbed her in the stomach. He then cut open her stomach and started to feed Cruz her own guts. She then dropped to the ground and was left there till Billy found her dead body later.
She was the first of the friends to die.
