Bridget and Sara perform oral sex on one another.
Bridget with her girlfriend, Sara in the same room, their friends Jenna and Vincent are having sex too in the same room with all of there friends and them. Kenia later walks in on them having sex but then tells both of the couples to get ready to leave for their annual snow trip. Sara invites Kenia to join her and Bridget under the bed covers, which Bridget says she wouldn't mind. Kenia tells them that all of the rest of the friends are already ready to travel to Kenia's boyfriends cabin. However, the group take a wrong turn and get lost. The storm has become bad and the group finds an old abandoned sanatorium. They all decide to stay in the building and wait for the storm to go away or to rest.

The group all sits together in a room with couches and chairs. After pulling a prank on both Kenia and Jenna, Vincent soon gets the power to work in time. Everyone starts exploring the place and having fun in the rooms. They also find a basement where weapons are kept. One Eye secretly watches them all through a double sided mirror. The group watch an old video and it shows them about the deformed patients who once inhabited the building. Afterwards, everyone goes to sleep. Sara and Bridget have fun sex and are watched by Vincent in the same room. He then leaves Jenna, Bridget and Sara and goes wandering around the sanatorium, Vincent finds Porter's dead body and is soon killed by Saw Tooth.
The next morning, the group realize Vincent is missing and everyone splits up to go help find him.

After finding some blood, the group meet back up in the main hall. A scared Jenna shows up and tries to warn them of the cannibals, but then a jacket with something inside of it is thrown by them. Kenia opens it up and finds Porter's dead head in it. Everyone is horrified and screams. Claire backs away and a barbed wire noose is tied around her neck by the cannibals. As she is pulled up, Kyle tries to save her life, while the others watch in horror, but he fails and she gets decapitated beside a terrified Kyle. Everyone soon runs away and goes outside, only to find out the cannibals have taken the spark plugs from their snowmobiles.
The storm is still bad and they can't go anywhere. The group decides to go back inside and hide in a office that has a lock on the door, while Lauren decides to ski down the mountain to try to get help. Kyle, Sara and Daniel decide to get weapons, while Kenia, Jenna and Bridget stay in the office upstairs. One Eye drills through the door with an ice drill and grabs Kenia's body. Jenna tries to help her friend, while Bridget finds a wicked weapon on the office desk and stabs One Eye's arm, making him let go of Kenia very fastly. Kyle, Sara and Daniel are chased by Three Finger, but they hide and soon lose him. They get the weapons and go to leave for the upstairs, but Daniel is taken by the cannibals and then tortured to death.
Everyone wants to go and help him, but Bridget is against it all. Daniel is eventually killed when they decide on what to do. Everyone forms a plan and traps Saw Tooth, Three Finger and One Eye in a cell that they were locked in before so many years ago. The group wants to kill the cannibals, especially Jenna, by burning them alive, but Kenia, convinces them not to kill them. Kyle watches the cannibals, while the rest of the group goes to rest and sleeps in the office they were attacked in. Kyle falls asleep and the cannibals escape out of the cell using a hairpin they used before that is still in the same cell. They attack Kyle. At some point, Kenia wakes up and goes to check on Kyle, while the others stay in the office, resting. The power shuts off, but she still goes downstairs anyway. She discovers Kyle and the cannibals are gone. She goes back to the others and tells them about Kyle and the cannibsls. They all want to stay in the room until morning, but one of the cannibals that has a mask tied to their head, comes to the girls. Armed with knives Sara, Kenia, Bridget and Jenna attack and stab the cannibal deathly in the body. They remove the sack and then realize it's Kyle. His tongue had been cut off, so he couldn't say anything to help the girls. They are shocked and sadden, then the cannibals show up and chase after them within the building and the upstairs.
Kenia, Jenna, Sara and Bridget end up at an attic filled with stuff that belonged to people that were killed there in the building. They decide to grab some clothes to stay warm, but Bridget doesn't want to do that, but Sara makes her. They keep running and try to look for a way out since the cannibals locked up the place and the windows have bars on them. Sara blocks a door by putting a plank of wood between it and they find a window with bars that are broken. Bridget and Sara and the others get the remaining bars partially off and Sara breaks the glass with a fireplace poker, then starts digging through the snow and gets out. Once she's done, Bridget and Kenia go through, but before Jenna can get out, the tunnel collapses. Kenia tries to help her, but Jenna is killed when she gets scared and Saw Tooth shows up and shoves the ice drill through her entire back. Sara, Bridget and Kenia start running away from the sanatorium. The cannibals use the girls own snowmobiles and follow them in the snow. After the cannibals suddenly leave them alone, Kenia, Bridget and Sara keep running, but Sara realizes she dropped the fireplace poker and leaves to go find it. As Kenia and Bridget are waiting, the cannibals show up in the snowmobiles.

Bridget runs away, leaving her friends alone. Kenia and Saw Tooth chases after her, while Kenia is trying to help Bridget, Kenia is being stalked and tormented. Later on while driving one of the girls snowmobiles, One Eye tracks down Bridget, as Bridget fights him off, she is then starting to crawl away. As both Kenia and Sara try to regroup, the cannibal, One Eye again tracks down Bridget and begins to kill her with the girls own snowmobile. Kenia is sad because she is unable to locate Bridget.
Sara finds Bridget and inevitably watches in horror as her own girlfriend's death is seen in front of Sara's own eyes.
